I received a few paper copies at the World or Universal Congress of Esperanto in Bialystok, Poland, 2009. Young technologically savvy Esperantists are working on getting this translated and printed in over a dozen languages.
Why is Esperanto worthy of the role World Second Language? Why are national or ethnic languages not worthy of the role World Second Language?
